Fandango Recording is designed to provide comfort and excellent acoustics for mastering, mixing, and recording and to have a great vibe. Our acoustically treated rooms are designed to complement each other, and a multi-cue monitoring system is available. Each musician can individually control the mixing levels of what they hear in their headphones. There is a closed-circuit TV between the rooms for better communication.
Located in the North-East of Spanish Mediterranean coast, near Barcelona and Girona, the studio is less than a kilometre away from the beach, and less than an hour drive from the Spain border with France. For our clients that are from outside the area – be it from Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Romania or any other European country, Fandango offers separate lodging on the same side of the building where the studio is, which can accommodate up to four people. Everything was put together to stimulate the creativity. There is a very large and beautiful yard professionally landscaped, with a large pool for relaxing and a barbecue area; parking is plenty and free inside the large courtyard.
The surroundings are extremely quiet, peaceful and beautiful; the studio is close by nice coffee shops, restaurants, patios and stores. The whole area is a gem, with the beaches, the scenery, the medieval castles and cities, the beach towns that are waiting to be discovered, and the great restaurants and food you can only find in Costa Brava, Catalonia.
